During a 25 year IT career, Barbara has held
numerous technical and management positions
for a number of Fortune 500 companies. These
positions include: Operations Manager,
Senior Programmer/Analyst, Application
Development Manager, Senior Project Manager,
and Consultant.
Barbara's skill set
includes project planning and
implementation, meeting facilitation, team
leadership, business process re-engineering,
systems analysis, documentation development
and training. While working for Project
Services (PMO), she developed and documented
project management guidelines and processes
(PMLC, SDLC) to govern the project
implementation process from start to finish.
Her expertise includes
MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook,
Access, PowerPoint), Finance, Retail and
Manufacturing applications, system
conversions, implementations and
integrations.
